At the Y, we're serious about youth development. We work with and take care of hundreds of kids every day in our youth sports programs, after school programs, summer day camps, and Camp Greenville. We know that children benefit from having good adult role models, staying active and eating healthy food. At the Y, our child care providers help kids meet their full potential using time-tested research on child and teen development. That's why our child care programs aren't just some place your children go while you're at work or working out. Our child care programs are places where kids will grow socially, emotionally, and mentally. The YMCA of Greenville summer day camp and after school programs are open to both Y members and non-members. Nursery & Big Kids ClubComing in for a workout? Give your child some enrichment time in our nursery or Big Kids Club. Our well-trained staff members provide safe, high-quality child care
so you can have peace of mind while you exercise. All of our staff have certifications in first aid, CPR and emergency procedures. We also mandate an extensive
background review of all applicants.

Registration is open for day camp programs at all YMCA Greenville branches. Check out the day camp program guide and see what you and your kids like. There are art camps, sports camps, science camps, and cooking camps plus full-day and half-day options. You can pick up a copy of the Day Camp guide at your Y branch now. After school careThe YMCA has been a trusted place for parents to send their kids after school for generations. Our after school programs follow the Greenville County Schools' calendar.
