Summer Camps registration has begun.
And, this year there is a whole new lineup of specialty camps to make this summer very special. Download the current brochure with application. If you enroll before March 1, 2010, you will automatically waive the registration fee! All four Family Branches are accepting applications for Day Camp. YMCA Kinder Camps
(at Caine Halter, Eastside and George I. Theisen Family Branches)
For tiny tots ages 3 -5, YMCA Kinder Camps runs through all ten weeks of summer. Each day from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, there are friends and fun to enjoy. Our developmentally appropriate and socially enriching program provides Kinder Campers with a great summertime experience.

Rising First through Fifth Graders
At the YMCA, we don’t treat childcare like it is child’s play. To
us childcare is a serious business. That is why we design our day camp
to be fun-filled and educationally stimulating. Day Camp this summer
will be filled with weekly field trips, arts and crafts, swimming,
field days, character development, and much much more. This summer we
will be running a ten-week program, designed so that campers have the
opportunity to choose from some truly engaging specialty camps.
YMCA Teen Camp (Rising Sixth through Ninth Graders)
Programs are designed so that campers have the opportunity to experience and explore a wide variety of activities - from arts and crafts to field trips and special outings. Staff members encourage campers to try new activities and to learn new skills. There's fun to be had by everyone - skits, songs, games, dramatic play, special visitors and field trips. Children are grouped by age and there is always plenty of adult supervision.
