Bible Study

Bible Study - come study thebook of James with us on Friday's beginning Friday, September 10 at 10:30AM.  This 10 week class will be lead by Tony Smith from Covenant United Methodist Church. Free for members.  Please register in advance at the member service desk. 

Volleyball – Adult Pick - Up

 
Open to members.  Come join us for open play volleyball games every Tuesday at 7:30 PM and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.  You must be 16 years or older to play.  (All games are pick-up setting.)
 

Adult Wave

Open to members.  Our Adult Wave is a great program for athletes training for triathlons, as it can effectively improve speed and efficiency.  It also provides a difficult yet motivating workout for competitive swimmers of all levels.  There is an instructor who takes you through each workout and helps with technique.  Class size is limited to six participants.  Classes are held on Mondays, 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM.  Please sign up with Member Services in advance.
 
 

Walk to Run

 
Open to members.  This class is great for beginning runners.  Classes meet every Tuesday at 9:00 AM or Thursday at 5:00 PM.  Classes are intended to prepare participants for our 3rd annual 5K by the end of a 10 week period. Contact information is located at the bottom of this page.
 
 

Tri-Club

 
This group meets the third Thursday of every month from 6:45 PM – 8:15 PM.  Each month's meeting will have a new topic related to triathlons and upcoming events.  Contact information is located at the bottom of this page.
 

Active Older Adults

 
Be a part of a very active senior group.  We take monthly trips to scenic and historic places in the Carolinas and Georgia .  There is also a pot luck lunch on the third Thursday of every month.  Contact information is located at the bottom of this page.
