GHS Family YMCA

Welcome to the GHS Family YMCA. We serve the fitness needs of families in the Golden Strip area of Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Southeast Greenville County. Our Y is composed of three locations.

The GHS Family Y, which is our 83,000 square foot flagship facility is home to group exercise classes such as Zumba and Body Combat, free weights and resistance training equipment, an indoor track, two regulation basketball courts, a Cardio Theater, a 25-yard outdoor pool, the Nutrition Solutions cafe.

Just down Highway 14 is the Program Center- GHS. (formerly, the Adams Mill Program Center) This location is home to our BeastMode program, after school and summer day camp, as well as youth and adult sports, aquatics, and Adventure Guide programs.

And the GHS Y also oversees the Hollingsworth Outdoor Center, a unique outdoor space that sits on the historic Austin Plantation. The Hollingsworth Outdoor Center is used for service learning projects, living history, summer day camps, and other programs for kids and teens.
