Swim Lessons

We also offer Adult Swim Lessons at our Adams Mill Program Center. For information on these classes, click here

Swimming

Members get together M-W-F around 8:00 AM for a very friendly swim practice.  They usually bring their workouts to share.  We generally have three swimmers per lane (using 3 lanes or 2 depending on the number of participants) but as long as you are open to their workouts, they are open to round swimming.  This would be best described as Masters Swimming without the team logo, but definitely with the push to keep you active in your swimming.

We also have coached practices that have been added to our programs.  These coached swims are at 5:30 AM and the workouts are provided.

Adult Dance Classes

NEW! Adult Latin Dance Classes

Our Adult Latin dance classes are back! We will be offering salsa and bachatta for our spring session. Classes are on Sundays.

Bachata is a dance native to the Dominican Republic and has recently become very popular in the US within the last 20-30 years. Currently, there are no other classes being taught on Bachata in the upstate of SC but the dance scene is full of it's music and flavor!

**No partner needed
**Each series is 5 weeks. $50/series for members and $60/series for nonmembers.
**Individual classes are $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers
