Open Doors Scholarship
 We raised over $620,000 for the Open Doors Scholarship Campaign!Thanks to our dedicated staff and volunteers, we met and exceeded our 2010 campaign goal of $606,500. Thanks to these efforts, we are able to open doors of opportunity for many in Greenville! Open Doors Financial Assistance PolicyThe YMCA embraces people of all ages, incomes, abilities, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. We work to break barriers of isolation and to create the connections that add meaning to life. Participants with a financial need are encouraged to apply for Y scholarships. The YMCA uses a sliding scale to evaluate each applicant. Through gifts to the annual Open Doors Scholarship Campaign, the YMCA of Greenville makes its services available to thousands in our community every year. Annually, the YMCA provides in excess of $950,000 in scholarships through gifts made by county friends.
