Silver Sneakers

SilverSneakers is an award-winning fitness program that enables older adults, often burdened with chronic conditions, to take charge of their health and maintain an active, independent lifestyle.

In South Carolina, seniors who have Humana Gold insurance are provided with a free membership at a local fitness center. Locally, Humana’s center of choice is the YMCA of Greenville. Through exercise programs, health information and opportunities to socialize, SilverSneakers participants enjoy healthier lives.
