The Verdae YMCA is located in the Verdae's Hollingsworth Park community. The Verdae Y is completely focused on healthy living and is designed to help members meet their health and wellness goals.
The Verdae Y features cardio and
strength training equipment, group exercise classes and the option for
physical activity outdoors. The new Y
is now open in the Legacy Square at Verdae development.
This Y focuses wholly on the YMCA of Greenville mission of promoting healthy living by providing another space for an active lifestyle in a growing part of our community.

Have you tried one of the TRX group exercise classes yet? If you haven't you don't know what you're missing. No matter what your fitness and wellness goals are, there is a TRX class designed for you.
TRX Strength & Core: Build muscle and support a healthy body with this essential TRX strength workout. We begin with basic exercises and show you how to scale them to make them as challenging as you can handle.
TRX Bootcamp: A complete workout with boot camp style exercises with the multi-function
TRX Cardio Circuit: Get your blood pumping with this TRX circuit class that will utilize other equipment along with the suspension trainers to obtain maximum anaerobic results. There will be sweat.
TRX Flow: Challenge yourself with a little flow, rhythm, balance and a lot of TRX suspension. Build real strength and tone like never before in your arms, shoulders, back, derriere, and legs. After a few sessions of TRX Flow, you will emerge re-formed. An understaning of mat Pilates is helpful, but all you need to bring is your bare feet.
Tread and Shed
Think getting on a treadmill is boring? Let us show you how to make the most of it in Tread and Shed. This group exercise class meets in the fitness center and a group instructor leads you through intervals of running, jogging, hills, and more. There will be sweat.Tread and Shed is offered on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. For a complete workout, stick around afterward for Awesome Abs. It's a 15-minute focus on your core.
