Pledge Card: Print the Pledge Card out and turn it into your branch. We will bill you according to your specifications on the pledge card.

Bank Draft: Print the Bank Draft Agreement and turn it into your branch. When your information is entered, your checking account will be drafted the 1st of every month until December 1, 2010.
