VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING
Through the power of technology, for the first time we're able to offer our members One-On-One or Small Group Personal Training through virtual platforms, such as FaceTime, Skype or Zoom! Similar to our in-person program, a nationally certified Y trainer will design an individualized fitness plan geared to your specific needs and guide you through each workout. Each 45-minute session includes the latest training techniques to maximize your results and motivate you to reach your goals wherever you are!
We're also offering a Fitness Design Program, where one of our certified Y trainers will customize 5 workouts specifically for you to complete on your own schedule. Your Y trainer would be available for any questions before or after your workout!
*Note: This virtual training outline and process is being implemented due to the recent COVID-19 facility closures. Under no circumstance should a trainer meet one-on-one with a client at a public or private, outdoor or indoor location. At this time, due to health concerns we will not be offering any in-person training sessions to include outdoor workouts, even for small groups under 5. These processes and virtual training options are being launched as a test and could be altered or discontinued at any time.

Through collaboration with other Ys around the country, we're able to continue to bring Y members signature workouts right to your home. The Y continues to be your support for health and wellbeing, wherever you are. Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness.
You can take group exercise classes for all ages right in your own home at no charge for a limited time! There are also sports classes and more for our young people. Find some of your favorite classes by browsing videos. We are working hard to provide options and additional benefits for our members and trust that you will find a class that you love!
Access to 100+ workouts with something for everyone from high intensity interval training designed to improve strength and fitness fast, dance fitness workouts, the martial arts inspired BODYCOMBAT Invincible program through to mindfulness practices to slow the stream of thoughts that can cause our stress. The BORN TO MOVE children's workouts will get everyone from 4 to 16 years moving, and our post-partum series will help new mothers get back to exercise safely.
