Push Ups are a great exercise because they're versitile and you can do them almost anywhere. Make it slightly easier by putting your knees on the ground. Make it harder by putting your feet up on a stable box. Widen your hands to place more emphasis on your chest, or put your hands closer together to focus on your triceps.
