Choose your intensity

  • Emerge: 30 seconds of work, 1 minute of rest. Aim to go as fast as you can during the work interval. Substitue air squats for squat jumps. 3 Rounds

  • Elevate: 30 seconds of work, 1 minute of rest. 4 rounds

  • Excel: 30 seconds of work, 1 minute of rest 5 rounds

This interval workout is a circuit. Work for 30 seconds, rest for one minute. During the work interval, go all out. During the rest prepare for the next exercise in the sequence. Repeat the prescribed number of rounds.
