Choose your intensity

  • Emerge: Choose a kettlebell that you can swing at least 15 times without breaking. 
  • Elevate: Choose kettlebell that is challenging but that you can swing 30 times without breaking.
  • Excel: Substitute kettlebell goblet squat for air squats. 

This is an "AMRAP" workout, which means perform as many rounds and reps as possible in the 20 minute time limit.
