  • Emerge: Choose a weight that you can safely perform all movements without adjusting the weight. Substitute body weight lunghes. 3 Rounds. 
  • Elevate: Choose a weight that you can safely perform all movements without adjusting the weight. Optionally perform bodyweight lunges or front-rack lunges. 4 rounds
  • Excel: Choose a weight that you can safely perform all movements without adjusting the weight. The walking lunges are front-rack lunges. 4 rounds

This workout is for time. Choose a barbell weight. Perform all prescribed reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. Repeat the enti12re sequence for the prescribed number of rounds for your level.

12 Bent Over Rows
12 Deadlifts
14 Walking Lunges
