  • Excel: Choose a weight that challenges you but that you can keep proper form. Substitute burpees for jumping jacks.

This workout is an AMRAP - As Many Rounds As Possible in 25 minutes. 

Complete the following sequence as many times as you can in the time limit. Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next. 

12 Goblet Squats
12 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Overhead Press
12 Bodyweight* Romanian Deadlift
12 Jumping Jacks
12 Plank with Step In & Outs

* Scale the weight appropriately for your level.
