Emerge: Repeat the entire circuit 3 times

Elevate: Repeat entire circuit 5 times

Excel: Repeat the entire circuit 5 times. Add weight to the lunges. Peform chest presses and rows with either dumbbels or kettlebells. 

WOD instructions

This is an interval workout. You will do the prescribed movement for 30 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat each exercise interval five times before moving to the next exercise. Repeat the entire list of exercises the prescribed number of times based on your Flex Fit level.
