Choose Your Intensity!

  • Emerge: Subsitute air squats for squat jumps. Perform push ups on your knees. For the overhead press, choose dumbells that you can perform the prescribed number of reps with good form. 
  • Elevate: For the overhead press, choose dumbells that you can perform the prescribed number of reps with good form. 
  • Excel: For the overhead press, choose dumbells that you can perform the prescribed number of reps with good form. 

This workout is an "EMOM" workout. EMOM means "every minute on the minute." So with a running clock, at the top of each minute perform 12 reps of the prescibed exercise.

For example, At 00:01, perform 12 squat jumps. at 01:00 perform 12 push ups, and so on. Continue for 30 minutes.
