This is an interval workout. You will do the prescribed movements below for 20 seconds of work and then rest for 40 seconds. Move to the next exercise during the rest period. 

 

Wallballs
Split Squats (3 each leg, then switch. Repeating until work inverval is up)
Russian Twist
Farmer's Carry

Repeat for the prescribed number of rounds for your level.
