Whether you're just starting a new sport, seeking to improve your skill level, or working to prevent sports-related injuries, our Youth Sports Performance Program is the perfect fit. Our YMCA staff specialize in helping young athletes succeed and build confidence!

Pre and post assessments will be performed on each athlete to track progress throughout their participation of the program.

 

Only available at the Prisma Health Family YMCA.

Monday & Wednesday for ages 8-12 years old  5:30-6:30 pm 

Monday & Wednesday for ages 13-16 years old 6:30-7:30 pm
