Whether you love playing basketball, baseball, football, soccer, or an individual sport, this program will help young athletes level up their game! Only available at the Prisma Health Family YMCA.

Sports Performance I
This class is for newer athletes who have played a sport for 0-3 seasons. They will learn the fundamentals for strength, power, speed and agility training. 

Sports Performance II
This class is for athletes who have played a sport for 4+ seasons. They will learn more advanced techniques to increase their strength, power, speed and agility.

*Coaches will have the final say as to which class the athlete should participate in.
