Whether you love playing basketball, baseball, football, soccer, or an individual sport, this program will help young athletes level up their game! They will learn the fundamentals for strength, power, speed and agility.

From low-impact exercise, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, the Y offers group exercise classes to suit every age, interest, and ability level.
Exercise is Medicine Greenville®
Exercise is Medicine Greenville® is a multiphase, comprehensive 12-week medically based program for adults experiencing at-risk chronic health conditions such as hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia or hypercholesterolemia.
Wellness Works Rx - Parkinson's
The YMCA of Greenville offers an evidence-based fitness program created by the PWR! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) Organization, and led by certified PWR! trained instructors. The Wellness Works Rx-Parkinson's program is designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to optimize their physical function, and help delay the progression of symptoms.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
Survivors participate in a 12 week customized exercise regimen catered to their individual needs from certified fitness instructors. These instructors are trained in cancer survivorship, post-rehabilitation exercise and supportive cancer care. Survivors and their families receive a free membership at the YMCA of Greenville for the duration of the program to support the wellbeing of participants, and their caregivers.
