The YMCA Physical Education program gives homeschool students a chance to exercise and participate in age-specific sports and activities with other kids their age in an instructor-led setting to show how much fun exercise can actually be!
NEW! HOMESCHOOL SWIM ACADEMY
Gain confidence in the water and also learn the basics, different techniques, and how to compete at a team level with help from experienced coaches! Swimmers will be grouped based on their current skill level. *Students must already know how to swim and take a swim assessment at the Y.*

Homeschool Enrichment Classes will be 12:30-2:30 pm Mondays* and 12:30-1:45pm Wednesdays at the Prisma Health Family YMCA in the gymnasium (please enter through the front of the building). *During the January and February sessions, there will be one class on a Tuesday because of MLK Day and Presidents Day.
You have the choice to sign up Monday, Wendesday, or both days.
Mondays are structured around physical education games, exercises, and a variety of sports including flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, kickball, hockey, wiffle ball and ultimate Frisbee!
Wednesdays allow students to participate in structured and free-time swimming.
Students must already know how to swim and take a swim assessment at the Y. The PE program helps young swimmers hone their skills as potential competitive swimmers.
To receive the multi-child discount, we ask that parents or guardians please register in-person at the branch.
